DELICATE NATURE MOCKUP

 

In my Trend Analysis and Forecasting class, I had to create a new product line for the company Venus. The project was about creating a swimwear/lingerie line that could be used for the Spring/Summer 2020 season. The line was then presented to buyers from the company.

 

I started the project by first doing trend research. I had to forecast sociocultural trends that would impact the fashion industry and then apply that towards the design/development of the fashion trends. The line was created by researching Venus's target market as well, to make sure the line was up to brand.

 

I used several different platforms to complete this project. I used Kaledo Style to design the garments on a croquis model and then used it to create the flat sketches as well. The trend board was then made by using both Photoshop and Illustrator.
